Beta terms

Use PlainSight as a review aid, not the final authority.

Using the beta

PlainSight is an early-stage service that analyses writing and proposes clearer alternatives. The beta may change, be limited, pause or end without notice. Demo limits apply to protect availability and control processing costs.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for reviewing every analysis and rewrite before using or publishing it. PlainSight can miss context, misclassify protected wording or produce an unsuitable suggestion. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, regulatory or professional advice, and it does not certify compliance with any standard.

You must have the right to submit the content you provide. Do not use PlainSight to process unlawful material, expose another person's confidential information, bypass service limits or interfere with the service.

Meaning safeguards

PlainSight highlights potentially sensitive passages and checks selected meaning markers, but no automated safeguard can guarantee that all meaning has been preserved. Important contractual, financial, safety, policy or eligibility wording should be checked by an appropriately qualified person.

Availability and third-party services

The service depends on Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI and other infrastructure providers. Availability, speed and AI output may be affected by those providers. When AI is unavailable or rejected by PlainSight's verification rules, the service may return a deterministic result instead.

Intellectual property

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. PlainSight retains its application, interface, methodology implementation, branding and software. Your use of the beta does not transfer ownership of either party's material.

No warranties and liability

The beta is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PlainSight makes no guarantee that results will be complete, accurate, suitable or continuously available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

PlainSightClarity without losing meaning.
